Welcome to SoCalBBQ.com (“the Site”), a project owned and operated by Mind2Web (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, which acts as an independent local lead generation marketplace connecting consumers with barbecue caterers.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the platform.
1. Platform Description and Scope
SoCalBBQ.com is a lead distribution venue. We provide a frictionless automated system where consumers can submit event details to request barbecue catering quotes, and independent caterers can view and purchase those leads. Mind2Web is not a party to any contract, agreement, booking, or transaction made between consumers and caterers. We do not provide catering services ourselves, nor do we employ, manage, or endorse any caterer using the platform.

No Exclusivity: Leads generated on this platform are non-exclusive. If a lead matches multiple caterers based on city, service area, and guest count criteria, all matching caterers have the opportunity to purchase that lead.
Lead Fees: Caterers agree to pay a non-refundable per-lead fee via our secure third-party payment processing integrations to unlock a consumer’s direct contact info. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
Dispute Policy: Lead fees are non-refundable. In the event a consumer submits materially false or fraudulent information, caterers may submit a dispute request to privacy@socalbbq.com for review at Mind2Web’s sole discretion.
No Guarantee of Business: Purchasing a lead grants access to the consumer’s contact info. Mind2Web provides absolutely no guarantee that the consumer will book your services, respond to your communications, or that the lead will result in booked revenue. Leads are sold “as is” based on consumer form inputs.
Professional Conduct: Caterers agree to contact consumers professionally and comply with all local, state, and health department regulations regarding food handling, licensing, and business operations.
4. Joining the SoCalBBQ Caterers Network
Caterers join the SoCalBBQ Caterers Network by submitting their business information via our online intake form. There are no user accounts or login credentials associated with this platform. If you need to update your submitted information, opt out of lead alerts, or request removal from the network, please contact us at privacy@socalbbq.com. Mind2Web reserves the right to remove any caterer from the network at its sole discretion.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. MIND2WEB AND SOCALBBQ.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT VET, GUARANTEE, OR VERIFY THE CREDENTIALS, HEALTH PERMITS, QUALITY, OR LEGAL STATUS OF REGISTERED CATERERS, NOR DO WE VERIFY THE BUDGET, INTENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONSUMER DATA ENTRIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MIND2WEB, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, YOUR INTERACTIONS OR DISPUTES WITH OTHER USERS, OR ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS RESULTING FROM A LEAD PURCHASED ON THE SITE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mind2Web and its projects (including SoCalBBQ.com) from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any disputes arising from catering services booked via the platform.
7. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration in the State of California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
8. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including pricing structures and lead distribution logic, at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised text on the Site. Continued use of the platform following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
